Here are a couple of ways to get started learning magic:

Books

One of the most popular ways to learn magic is through books (that is how Dan The Magic Man got started).  Magic books are the most economical way to learn magic.  You will find magic books at your local library at Dewey Decimal location 793.8. If your local library does not have your requested magic book, they may be able to reserve the book for you from another branch location.  You will also find books at your local or internet book store.

Clubs

Magic clubs are a great way to meet other magicians in your area to discuss magic and receive help in learning magic.  There are several magic clubs in the Baltimore / Washington D.C. area, including a youth group. Click here to view clubs in the area.
